End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Dainamic SAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

This license is provided under a subscription-based model, and your access is contingent upon payment of applicable subscription fees as agreed upon in your subscription plan.

2. Subscription and Fees

2.1. Subscription Term: The license is valid for the duration of your subscription plan, as outlined in your purchase agreement.

2.2. Fees: You agree to pay all subscription fees on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.

2.3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2.4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the subscription agreement.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to a third party.

• Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

The App interacts with third-party APIs (e.g., Intuit QuickBooks). You agree that your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dainamic SAS does not store sensitive financial data but may collect usage data to improve the App's performance and functionality.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Dainamic SAS may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dainamic SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [insert applicable French jurisdiction].

8. Amendments

Dainamic SAS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify Users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

BY USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
